The Company:
Our client is one of the largest leisure management companies in the UK.
They currently operate over 50 sports & leisure facilities and are continuing to expand their business.
The Role:
We are supporting them in recruiting a General Manager to run one of their sports & leisure centres in East London.
You will be responsible for the full management of this facility, and will be one of the key contacts involved with developing the client relationship.
Other key elements of this role will be managing a large team of staff and motivating them to deliver excellent customer service to all customers.
You will be commercially minded and able to drive income whilst managing and controlling costs.
The Person:
We are looking for a General Manager with experience of running similar or related leisure business.
You will be able to demonstrate a track record of success and have the strength of character and personality to manage a large team of staff.
You will be comfortable at managing all financial aspects of the business.
