Our client operate two of the finest brands in the hospitality and private retreats market place. Their hospitality company has been named as Britain's most upmarket operator in its field and the private retreats business is positioned for global expansion. Both businesses sit under one operating company and we are looking for the Head of Sales for the global Private Retreats business.
The Head of Sales will report to the Chief Executive and be responsible for developing sales opportunities with high net worth individuals and converting those people into members.
The successful candidate will be a tenacious and skilled sales professional but have the lightness of touch to understand the customer profile in a sophisticated and under the radar sort of way. This role will suit someone with a sales background from almost any commercial arena but they will need to have the confidence and gravitas to be able to deal with successful, wealthy and challenging clients.
