Our client is one of the worlds foremost hotel groups. With a varied portfolio of hotels that offer many career opportunities for a career minded highly motivated hotelier. The hotel has a strong and well developed leisure trade that requires constant operational focus. The remainder of the business comes from corporate and conference sectors, which require a very competitive sales focus and experience in maximising revenue.
Required Experience:
Either holding the role of Operations Manager or General Manager presently in a 3 or 4 star hotel
Worked successfully with budgets, controlling costs and managing payroll
A proven track record of developing sales, showing natural flare and creativity to drive revenue
Developed a team through professional management practice and a structured approach
Managed a successful Food and Beverage / Front of House operation in an independent or group hotel
An understanding of the customer needs in a leisure orientated hotel.
