Our client is one of the worlds leading hotel operators, with a significant portfolio of properties in the UK. Operating in the 4 Star market, servicing the corporate, leisure and conference sectors. Highly regarded as an employer; they are interested in finding an experienced, like minded and highly motivated Manager to join their organisation.
We are looking for someone with a stable career that has demonstrated a significant positive influence upon their previous businesses, through sales, profit and people development. Strong leadership skills are essential.
Required Experience:
At present in a senior operational role within either an independent or corporate hotel.
At least 3 years managing a large team and playing a key part in running the hotel.
Exposure to front of house, food and beverage, conference and banqueting and sales
Ideally in a senior Operations Manager role or Hotel Manager / General Manager with at least 2million turnover.
